Hunter Kelley – Founder
Hunter grew up in a world full of hard work and skilled craftsmanship. On one side of his family, there was construction, and on the other, a family-run real estate business. His father spent many years building important projects like highways, interstates, and airports across the country. As Hunter got older, he worked alongside his dad handling civil sitework for large food chains and retail stores. His favorite project was building an Apache helicopter military heliport. At the same time, he helped his mom remodel homes, learning a lot about real estate and home construction. Simply put, Hunter was born for this.
Over the years, Hunter developed not only hands-on expertise but also a deep understanding of every trade that goes into a home. He’s nearly built an entire house with his own two hands and is always thinking about how to take each trade to a new level. He approaches his work with patience and intention, believing that “how you do one thing is how you do everything.”
Hunter is always learning — it’s his favorite thing to do. He enjoys soaking up new information like a sponge, whether it’s through hands-on work or exploring new ideas and skills. He also has a deep love for the outdoors, often spending time hunting, fishing, or flying planes to experience the simple beauty of the world around him. Sundays are often spent around the dinner table with loved ones, where everyone tells tall tales, white lies, and old stories.
Hunter and his better half, Jayla, love opening their home to others. Whether it’s clients, friends, or family, they believe there’s nothing better than sharing a home-cooked meal around the table. Their gatherings often turn into long conversations filled with laughter, stories, and connection — the kind of moments that make a house feel like a home. Their dog, Mack, is a steady presence — working with Hunter most days and matching his pace. To Hunter, life is about doing great work and sharing it with the people who matter most. Family and friends are at the center of everything he does.
Jayla – Design and Marketing
Jayla is a radiant force of creativity whose presence lights up every room she enters. With an innate talent for design, she brings bold imagination and precision to everything she touches—whether she’s curating stunning interiors or crafting fashion that turns heads. Her style isn’t just something you see—it’s something you feel, shaped by her deep understanding of how beauty, space, and emotion intertwine.
Jayla is the kind of person who puts in the blood, sweat, and tears—for her family, her craft, and the people she loves. She finds joy in preparing big, heart-filled meals that bring everyone to the table, and she’s the steady hand that keeps things in order no matter what’s going on around her. Alongside her life partner, Hunter, Jayla finds endless inspiration through travel—drawing creative energy from the cultures, colors, and rhythms of life she encounters around the world. With her two beloved cats, Moo and Baby Moo, never far from mind, she lives with intention, heart, and a passion for creating beauty wherever she goes.
Brian – Project Manager
Brian is a third-generation Arizona native who spent his youth riding bulls across the country. Raised in the trades, he learned plumbing alongside his dad, Gary, in their family business, Kelley Custom Plumbing.
Brian has worked hands-on throughout the Southwest, building major projects like interstates, bridges, and airports. He’s known for his precision, strength, and no-nonsense work ethic. A true ox in the field, Brian gets the job done right the first time.
He’s also a proud father of three and the rock his family looks up to — a quiet leader built on grit, skill, and character.
Beau – Site Superintendent
Beau is a jack of all trades who can fix just about anything with his hands. He’s the perfect mix of hands-on skills and laid-back charm, never taking life too seriously and always bringing a light-hearted, calm energy to every situation. The family jokester and resident instigator, Beau knows how to keep it fun and easygoing no matter what.
Before his days in real estate and construction, Beau earned a world championship title in Las Vegas riding bareback horses—a testament to his fearless spirit. When he’s not out hunting or fishing, you’ll find him driving the open road in his black Peterbilt semi truck with his right-hand woman, Emily, and their dogs, Motley and Cash. For Beau, life is about adventure, laughter, and the people he loves most.
Tanner – Draftsman
Tanner is the embodiment of patriotism, family devotion, and craftsmanship. A proud American and dedicated family man, Tanner’s world revolves around his wife Melanee, his daughter Milly, and his faith in God. His deep commitment to family and faith guides everything he does.
Tanner is a true craftsman with a passion for building and design. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, quick thinking, and serious work ethic, he has spent years drafting house plans from scratch, loving every moment of the creative process. His two-year mission in South Africa, spreading the word of Jesus Christ, reflects his strong character and dedication to serving others. Tanner is the kind of person who will catch every detail you let slip—and then some.
JT – Farm Hand
JT is a true Arizona native who embodies the spirit of the Western man, carrying on a family tradition of farming across generations. His life is rooted in the land, spending long days plowing fields and living with a down-to-earth, hardworking grit. Before settling fully into farm life, JT brought that authentic Western toughness to the big screen, working as a stunt double in classic films like Tombstone, Young Riders, and Gunsmoke—roles that fit him like a second skin.
JT is built like a brick shithouse and sharper than a whip. His wife and daughters are the center of his world. His faithful dog Dolly is never far from his side, his constant partner through long days. Though tough as nails, he’s a proud girl dad through and through. His day revolves around his 11:00 lunch, and he’s up before the sun, joking and laughing until it sets.
Tatum – Assistant Designer
Tatum is a true homemaker with a passion for cooking up new meals that bring everyone together around the table. She loves experimenting in the kitchen, always ready to try something fresh and delicious. At her side is Lulu, her tiny but fierce dog—no bigger than a pickle jar but with the heart and roar of a lion.
A girly girl through and through, Tatum loves dressing up, shopping for the latest styles, and soaking up the sun at the beach. She treasures time spent with friends and family, balancing her warm, social nature with sharp intelligence and keen observation. Confident and courageous, she faces confrontation head-on, always standing her ground with grace and strength.
Kiara – Bookkeeper
Kiara is the funniest woman you’ll ever meet—quick-witted, full of fire, and the perfect mix of country charm and girly style. She loves late nights and bar fights. She feels most herself in the desert and enjoys nothing more than being at home. She also loves heading out to visit her dad at the farm, where life slows down just enough.
Kiara lights up every room she walks into and effortlessly lifts everyone’s mood. She loves spending time with her sister—whether they’re taking on the world together or dancing in the kitchen. She moves light as a feather and always goes with the flow. She may look like a girly girl, but she’s happiest covered in dirt and mud. Kiara lives life her own way, on her own terms.
Emily – Marketing Coordinator
Emily, known to her family as Big Country, is as sweet as pie—homegrown, down to earth, and carrying the biggest smile you’ve ever seen. She’s got the face of an angel and the mouth of a sailor. Emily grew up in Northern California riding horses and working cows, and it shows in her strong work ethic and spirit. She’s agreeable but full of fire. She loves babies, chickens, and her man Beau. Above all, her family means the world to her.
She doesn’t complain and is the first to jump in and lend a hand. Whether she’s working hard or simply showing up for the people she loves, Emily makes every day a little better. She carries herself with quiet strength, a kind heart, and a spirit that leaves a mark on everyone lucky enough to know her.
Mack – Chief Executive Officer
Mack is a big red dog with a gentle soul and a quiet presence. He spends his days outside working alongside his dad, keeping a steady eye on everything around him. Though stoic and serious on the job, Mack is a big momma’s boy who loves naps, steak, and his favorite Stingray toy.
Mack’s favorite moments are riding the tractor with his dad and running through the farm fields with his mom. He’s a hard worker who never complains, always ready to get the job done. On the job, Mack is in charge—and everyone knows it.
